No Ranting

Thank you for all of the well wishes... or are they congratulations. They mean so much.

Today was a hard day post-chemo... the fourth day is usually my worst and this week was no exception. My finger tips are numb (I hope they will eventually feel again because typing with numb fingertips is NOT so easy). My toes stay in slippers because my toe tips are numb. My blood pressure is super low, so I get dizzy... BUT YOU KNOW WHAT? Who cares? I'm done! I'm done! I'm done!

My leg is still numb too, but the doctors think that the chemo might have kept it from fully healing (that pesky compressed nerve), so there is hope there.

I'm too worried about the outcome of the election to simply hope. I HOPE I feel better tomorrow so that I can make some more swing state calls. 

I can't even rant on McCain tonight, I'm feeling too generous.

I am very excited that after lo these many months your body is finally going to have a change to heal and heal without being knocked down again!

We, too, are waiting with baited breath for the election to finally come already! But for now, to distract us, this weekend we off to upstate to attend a Halloween party. Francis is going as a bottle of hot sauce, since they are roasting a whole pig.
